Job Type and Working Hours Part-Time, Remote Position Working Hours: Flexible, with shifts available between 9 AM – 6 PM EST Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly. • Provide accurate information about our products and services. • Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary. • Maintain customer records by updating account information. • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved. • Collaborate with team members to improve the customer experience. • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge. • Meet performance targets and contribute to team goals.
