Support teachers in the classroom by assisting with instructional activities. Provide one-on-one or small group support to special education students. Help manage classroom behavior and foster a positive learning environment. Collaborate with educators to meet the diverse needs of students. Qualifications: Eligible candidates must meet one of the following criteria: 60 college credit hours Associates degree or higher Missouri ParaPro Assessment passing score of 459 Completion of Missouris 20-hour online substitute training program Preferred Experience: Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred.
