In this role, you will provide timely and effective assistance to our customers through live chat, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and friendly manner. - Provide accurate information about products, services, and order statuses. - Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to their orders or account. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly. - Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality. - Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues. - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support. - Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferred. - Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce environment. - Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in using chat support software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset. - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
