Position Summary: We are currently looking for motivated, tech-savvy and customer service-oriented individuals to fill the position of an Apple At Home Advisor. In this role, you will provide world-class customer support for Apple?s popular range of products, including iPhones, iPads, and MacBooks, right from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities: ? Resolve technical and troubleshooting issues related to Apple?s range of products and services ? Offer a high level of customer service, assisting customers with their queries and concerns ? Deliver product solutions to meet customer?s needs and encourage positive engagements ? Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during high volume times ? Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support ? Participate in frequent 1:1/classroom video coaching sessions with leadership ? Attend team meetings in person and online to understand the latest updates and business priorities Qualifications: ? Minimum 2 years of professional customer service experience ? Strong interest in technology, particularly Apple products, and agility at learning new products and features ? Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills ? Disciplined, dedicated, and able to work independently ? Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to think on your feet ? High-speed internet connection ? High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor?s degree preferred What we offer: ?
