Job Description

Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment. ? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. ? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. ? Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. ? Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace. ? Proficiency in basic computer applications and the ability to navigate multiple systems. Restrictions ?
