Responsibilities
As a Remote Call Center Representative, youll play a key role in helping our clients deliver better health and human services outcomes. Your responsibilities will include: Providing knowledgeable responses to basic client questions and escalating complex cases as needed. Utilizing your skills to solve client problems, updating account history, and following up to ensure inquiries are resolved. Adhering to client SLAs and consistently meeting production targets. Collaborating with team members, management, and clients to resolve inquiries, and training new team members in customer service processes. Reviewing and recommending improvements to procedures and workflows to enhance efficiency. What Were Looking For At least 2 years of customer service experience in any industry. Familiarity with basic help desk software, computer applications, and Microsoft Office. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve inquiries effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on professional written and oral communication. Ability to understand your role within a team and consult the right stakeholders to resolve client inquiries. What To Expect Remote work from anywhere in the USA. Video cameras required during all interviews and the first week of orientation. Full-time position (40 hours per week). Competitive pay range: (29,100 - )41,600 per year (base pay may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and experience).
