What We're Looking For No Experience Needed: We provide all the training you need to succeed, so previous sales experience is not required. Your Role As a field underwriter, you will: Connect with Homeowners: Follow up with leads from interested homeowners who have requested protection coverage. Set Appointments: Arrange and conduct in-home consultations to review information and present coverage options that meet their needs and budget. Earn Generous Commissions: Average commissions of $500-600 per family with the potential to sell multiple protection plans each week. We also offer training on a variety of products such as accidental policies, child protection, and critical illness.
