Description: I'm seeking a skilled and ethical SEO and Google Ads professional or agency to take over two of my clients as I am closing my SEO agency. These clients are well-established, and I have been overseeing both their SEO and ad campaigns. The clients are... Custom Closet Company: $2000/month - SEO and Google Ads (Smart Campaign) -I will remain on as a fractional CMO, working as a liaison for this client. You will need to coordinate with me on website updates, strategy, and other project needs to ensure a seamless experience for the client. - Client already ranks great (#1) For a number of important search terms. Dog Trainer: $1150/month - SEO and Google Ads (Smart Campaign) - Very easy campaign. We are already generating leads with ads (within 2 months of working together). Website is very easy to rank, just will need some time. SEO already pays for itself with the google ads account we've set up. Revenue Share Structure For Both Accounts: - First 3 months: You will receive 70% of the monthly revenue, and I will receive 30%. - Next 3 months: You will receive 90% of the monthly revenue, and I will receive 10% - After 6 months: You will keep 100% of the monthly revenue. Requirements: - You are the sole contact and service provider to the client. You will conduct their onboarding process (I'll make the introduction etc...) and you will be responsible for all results following taking the accounts. - You must be ethical and always put your clients' needs before your own. - You must have GREAT communication systems in place and be totally transparent about the work you do. - You must be based in the United States. - Proven history of success in providing STELLAR SEO results and an intuitive understanding of lead generation. - Ability to take over ongoing campaigns and maintain strong results. - Willingness to collaborate with me as the fractional CMO for the custom closet client. - Freelancers and agencies are welcome to apply.
