Job Description:
As a Regional CDL Driver, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods to our customers. Your duties will include driving a commercial vehicle over regional routes to deliver goods, inspecting the vehicle before and after each trip, and reporting any issues or incidents to dispatch. You will also be required to follow all applicable federal, state, and local regulations related to Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) operations.
Requirements:
– Valid Class A CDL
– Clean driving record
– Minimum of 2 years commercial driving experience
– Must pass a pre-employment drug test
– Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to complete all required paperwork accurately and on time
Responsibilities:
– Drive long distances to deliver goods to customers
– Load and unload cargo
– Record cargo deliveries
– Refuel and clean vehicle
– Report road incidents to the dispatcher
– Follow traffic laws
– Inspect trucks and record issues
– Follow accident procedures
– Keep an activities log and log hours
– Report mechanical problems to maintenance personnel

Educational Qualifications:
– High school diploma or GED
– CDL Training Course completion preferred
Experience:
– Minimum of 2 years commercial driving experience
