Barista (Part-Time) – Fort Lauderdale

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and friendly Part-Time Barista to join our team at Starbucks in Fort Lauderdale. This is a part-time position, with working hours under 4 hours daily. The starting salary for this position is $12.00 per hour, with opportunities for pay increases based on performance and tenure. Job Description:

As a Starbucks Barista, your role will be to provide customers with a unique and personalized experience, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service standards. You will prepare and serve beverages, including various types of coffee and tea. Showcase your knowledge and passion for coffee while engaging with customers and providing them with an unforgettable Starbucks experience.

Responsibilities:

– Welcome customers and help determine their orders.

– Process orders and payments in a timely manner.

– Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards.

– Serve customers efficiently and effectively.

– Maintain a clean and tidy workspace.

– Follow health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

– Previous barista experience is preferable but not necessary.

– Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.

– Ability to work as part of a team.

– Excellent communication and customer service skills.

– Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent.

– Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
