Job Description:
As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, brewing exceptional drinks, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. You will be the face of our brand, fostering a sense of community by connecting with our customers and providing them with a memorable Starbucks Experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea drinks, following our recipes standards.
2. Maintain a clean and tidy work area, ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed.
3. Deliver excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns, and providing a friendly and welcoming environment.
4. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
5. Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet store objectives.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Ability to handle cash register transactions accurately.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
