Job Description

HealthCare Solutions Inc. is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Site of Care Support Representative to join our team. This is a work-from-home position that involves assisting patients and healthcare providers with site of care coordination and support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to help others navigate their healthcare needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients and healthcare providers with site of care coordination and support.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding site of care options and related healthcare services.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
• Work closely with other team members to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless patient care.
• Stay up-to-date with healthcare policies and procedures to provide accurate information.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
