Job Description

As a valued member of our cabin crew, your primary role will be to ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our passengers during their flights. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a multicultural environment and deliver high-quality service that aligns with Delta Airlines’ standards of safety and hospitality.

Responsibilities

– Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure the aircraft is clean and prepared for boarding.

– Assist passengers with boarding, including helping with seating, stowing carry-on baggage, and special needs accommodations.

– Demonstrate safety procedures and equipment use to passengers.

– Provide food and beverage service and sell onboard products.

– Address and resolve passenger issues during flights.

– Administer and coordinate flight duties as instructed by the captain or senior crew members.

– Ensure compliance with all Federal Aviation Regulations as well as Delta’s policies and procedures.

Requirements

– Minimum age of 21 years.

– High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; higher education is advantageous.

– Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and rigorous medical examination.

– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

– Must be able to accommodate a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours.

– Capable of handling emergency situations calmly and efficiently.

Educational Qualifications

– High School Diploma or GED required.

– Further certifications in Hospitality, Communication, or relevant fields preferred.

Experience

– Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not necessary.

– Training will be provided to all new hires.
