Job Description

Responsibilities
– Ensure the safety, security, and comfort of passengers onboard.
– Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate safety procedures.
– Provide friendly and professional customer service to enhance onboard experience.
– Assist with in-flight services such as meals, snacks, and beverages.
– Address and resolve passengers queries and concerns promptly.
– Maintain a clean and tidy cabin.
– Participate in training sessions and continuously update skills.

Requirements
– Minimum age of 18 years.
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Possess a valid U.S. passport or foreign passport with applicable visas.
– Ability to reach overhead bins and comfortably move around the aircraft.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
– Complete a training program successfully, provided by Southwest Airlines.
– Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
