Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring that each customer feels valued and satisfied. Your role is crucial in maintaining the company’s reputation and fostering positive relationships with our clientele.
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in basic computer applications
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
Responsibilities:
– Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries
– Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
– Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
– Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
– Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
– Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
– Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Educational Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required
