Responsibilities

– Provide outstanding customer service to all Amazon customers via phone, email, and chat.

– Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

– Document interactions and follow up on outstanding customer issues.

– Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

– Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

Requirements

– High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.

– Prior experience in customer service or a related field.

– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

– Ability to handle stressful situations and de-escalate conflicts.

– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.

– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
