Job Description:
The Retail Sales Associate will provide exceptional customer service, assist with merchandise presentation, and support store operations. You will act as the face of Walmart, servicing the needs of our customers and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
– Greet customers and assess their needs
– Provide information about products and services
– Assist in maintaining a clean and neat store
– Ensure merchandise is properly stocked and displayed
– Accurately process customer transactions at the cash register
– Assist with merchandising, such as setting up sales displays
– Adhere to all store policies and procedures
Requirements:
– Excellent customer service skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
– Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
– Flexibility to work in the mornings and weekends
Educational Qualifications:
– High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
– Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required as training will be provided.
