Job Description:

The Store Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, restocking merchandise, and assisting with other retail tasks as needed. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

– Greet customers, respond to questions, improve engagement with merchandise and provide outstanding customer service.

– Operate cash registers, manage financial transactions, and balance drawers.

– Direct customers to merchandise within the store.

– Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store.

– Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.

– Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Basic mathematical skills.

– Understanding of the retail sales process.

– Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

– Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting and stocking merchandise.

Educational Qualifications:

– High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

– Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
