Description:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will interact with customers via phone, email, and live chat to assist with their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services. You will also collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
– Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Must be able to work in the Seattle, WA office
Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
– Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
– Provide accurate information about products and services
– Log customer interactions and maintain accurate records
– Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes

Educational Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience:
– Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required
– Experience with CRM systems is a plus
