Job Summary:
Uber Eats, a rapidly growing subsidiary of the popular ride-sharing company Uber, is currently seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join its team of food delivery drivers. This position is part-time with flexible hours, typically requiring less than 4 hours a day. Drivers will receive competitive compensation on a per-delivery basis, with the opportunity for tips. Job Description:
As an Uber Eats driver, you will deliver food orders from a variety of restaurants to customers in your local area. This position requires a reliable vehicle, a clean driving record, and the ability to handle physical workload. Working with Uber Eats, you will be your own boss, setting your own schedule and earning money whenever it suits you.
Responsibilities:
– Pick up food orders from local restaurants and deliver them to customers in a timely manner
– Use the Uber Eats app to receive delivery instructions and navigate to customer locations
– Provide excellent customer service, ensuring the safe and prompt delivery of orders
– Maintain open communication with the Uber Eats team and respond to feedback
– Ensure the safety and cleanliness of your vehicle
Requirements:
– Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record
– Reliable vehicle (car, bike, scooter, or motorcycle) and personal auto insurance
– Must be 18 years old or older
– Ability to handle physical workload (lifting up to 30lbs)
– Access to a smartphone to use the Uber Eats app
– Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor
