– Enter and update data into our internal databases with precision and accuracy.
– Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
– Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
– Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
– Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
– Handle confidential information responsibly and in compliance with company policies.
Requirements
– Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
– Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
– Familiarity with office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
– Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills.
– Great attention to detail and the ability to maintain focus on repetitive tasks.
