Job Summary:

Job Description:

The Sales Associate role is a critical part of our team, responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting in the operational activities within the store, and achieving sales objectives. We are looking for motivated individuals who are customer-focused and passionate about retail.

Responsibilities:

– Provide excellent customer service to all Walmart shoppers

– Assist customers in finding products, answering questions and offering advice

– Ensure that the store is clean, safe and presentable for customers

– Collaborate with team members to meet and surpass assigned sales objectives

– Perform cash register duties as required

Requirements:

– Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members

– Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

– Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements

– Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Educational Qualification:

– High School diploma, GED, or equivalent

Experience:

While prior retail experience is a plus, we offer comprehensive training for all new associates.
