Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Pilot to join our dedicated team. As a key member of our flight operations, you will be responsible for operating our aircraft safely and efficiently, adhering to all federal regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Responsibilities
– Operate aircraft safely and efficiently, following all FAA regulations and company policies.
– Conduct pre-flight inspections to ensure operational readiness.
– Ensure all onboard equipment is functioning properly prior to takeoff.
– Manage in-flight operations, including managing emergencies and unexpected events.
– Navigate aircraft, considering weather conditions and other factors affecting flight plans.
– Communicate effectively with co-pilot, cabin crew, and ground crew to ensure a safe and smooth operation.
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of flight regulations and safety procedures.
Requirements
– Current and valid FAA Commercial Pilot License.
– Instrument rating is required; multi-engine rating is preferred.
– Minimum of 3,000 flight hours, including at least 1,500 hours in commercial jet aircraft.
– No history of FAA violations.
– Physically fit to meet the demands of the job and pass required health examinations.
– Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Educational Qualifications
– High School Diploma or GED required.
– Bachelors degree in Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
– At least 5 years of professional flying experience.
– Experience in domestic and international flights is highly desirable.
