Job Description:
The Server is the key to our success in delivering a superb dining experience to our guests. They are responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring the dining area is clean and tidy. The ideal candidate is a people person who enjoys interacting with customers and is able to provide top-notch service with a smile.
Responsibilities:
– Greet customers and present menus.
– Make suggestions based on their preferences.
– Take and serve food/drinks orders.
– Up-sell when appropriate.
– Arrange table settings.
– Keep tables clean and tidy at all times.
– Coordinate with other staff to meet guests needs.
– Review daily/menu specials.
– Deliver checks and collect payments.
Requirements:
– Proven work experience as a server.
– Hands-on experience in cashier duties.
– Knowledge of sanitation regulations.
– Attention to cleanliness and safety.
– Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
– Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.
– Responsible and trustworthy.
Educational Qualification:
High school diploma; food safety training is a plus.
Experience:
Previous experience in a customer service role is a bonus, but not strictly required, as we offer comprehensive on-the-job training.
