This role is critical in ensuring that our sales team meets quotas, delivers on expectations, and consistently exceeds performance targets. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in SaaS sales and be proficient with HubSpot. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure the sales team meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly quotas. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills of the sales team. Monitor and report on sales metrics and performance. Provide feedback and strategies for improvement to the sales team. Utilize HubSpot CRM to track sales activities, pipeline, and performance. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. Qualifications: Proven experience in a sales management role within a SaaS environment. Proficiency with HubSpot CRM. Strong leadership and coaching skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze sales data and metrics to drive decision-making. Results-driven with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets. Experience with e-commerce and understanding of Shopify is a plus. Hourly Rate: $25 - $35 per hour, based on experience. Work Schedule: Part-time position.
