Requirements • Strong typing and computer navigation skills. • Good communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking. • Ability to stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
