In this role, you’ll assist clients in planning their dream vacations while enjoying the convenience of working from home, on your schedule. Responsibilities • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text to understand their travel preferences, expectations, and budget. • Research destination options, accommodations, dining, and activities to create personalized travel itineraries. • Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, rental cars, and excursions with attention to detail and efficiency. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, travel concerns, and custom requests promptly. • Stay informed about travel regulations, health guidelines, and safety protocols for various destinations. • Cultivate strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals. Requirements • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States. • Possess a social security number or EIN. • Own a computer with reliable internet access. • Passion for travel and helping others plan their travel experiences. • Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Proficient in computer skills, social media, email, and Zoom meetings. • Self-motivated with good time management skills and ability to follow procedures.
