What are we looking for? • High School Diploma or GED required. • Strong interpersonal skills – ability to handle each call with professionalism even in a high stress situation. • Flexible schedule – The ability to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate on-call rotation is a must • Bi-lingual (Spanish) would be a plus but is not required. • Ability to operate in a high volume, fast paced work environment with adherence to established metrics. • Requires reliable internet connectivity and not a mobile hotspot. • Experience operating in a similar remote capacity preferred.
