Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system. 6. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution. 7. Continuously improve customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication. • *Requirements:** 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 3. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. 4. Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities. 7.
