What We’re Looking For: • Strong Personality & Assertive: You must be dominant and persuasive over the phone, with the ability to close sales efficiently. • High-Speed Internet Connection and Computer Skills: You’ll be making high-volume calls, so speed, focus, and ability to work the CRM are essential. • Sales Expertise: Prior experience in cold calling, remote sales, and script-based /quick-close selling is required. • Self-Driven & Motivated: Must be a self-starter who thrives in a commission-based role without the need for a structured office environment. • Knowledge of Credit: Understanding of credit repair services and credit profiles is preferred. • Persuasive & Results-Oriented: You must be able to guide conversations toward a sale with confidence and assertiveness. • Jump-right-in attitude. ALWAYS BE CLOSING Compensation & Pay Structure (Commission-Only): • You will be paid on a sliding scale per sale, with our lowest payout being $100 / sale. • 2x Multiplier: If you hit 10 or more closes in a week, your payout for each close doubles! • 10 closes/week = $2,000/week ($8,000 month) with the 2x multiplier (at $100 per close). • Our top sales representatives are averaging 20 closes per week, which translate to $4,000+ per week. It is up to you how much your salary is! • 10 closes per week is strongly encouraged, but not mandatory. This is a commission-only position, meaning your earning potential is based entirely on your performance. There is no cap on how much you can earn. In addition to credit repair, OWA offers funding, business funding, and other business services. However, this role will focus exclusively on selling credit repair through cold calls and warm leads.
