Digital Chat Rep (Remote In TX, AZ, And CO Only)

Description: • Support a footwear distributor; Provide premium service and build relationships with customers via phone, chat, email, and social media correspondence • Assist with order tracking, processing returns and refunds, warranty questions, and product questions... • Assist customers with product information, website navigation, and general questions Skills & Qualifications: • Must have digital chat experience handling multiple chats at a time AND/OR pass a typing test with 55 WPM. • Must have reliable internet with 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed with ability to hardwire. • Must be able to provide 1-2 previous managerial, supervisor, or team lead professional references. Pay: $16.50/HR Hours: Must be available between 8am-7pm Central Time Mon-Sun (will have 8 hour shift 5 days/week) Contract Duration: Open-ended contract for peak season (expected through Jan/Feb 2025) Start Date: October 18th (first day is orientation + 3 weeks of training) 100% remote in Arizona, Colorado, and Texas (excluding Houston) - Equipment Provided About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
