Mentor and guide junior colleagues, fostering their growth in Salesforce Data Cloud and occasionally in SFMC. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges within Salesforce Data Cloud implementations. Develop detailed documentation for Salesforce Data Cloud projects, supporting ongoing success and knowledge sharing. Proactively identify enhancement opportunities for Salesforce Data Cloud configurations to improve performance. Ensure smooth integration of Salesforce Data Cloud with various systems and platforms. Stay informed about industry trends related to Salesforce Data Cloud, utilizing insights to maintain a competitive edge. Deliver projects with precision, adhering to established timelines. Serve as the primary authority on Salesforce Data Cloud within the team, providing secondary support on SFMC.
