Job Responsibilities: • Handle sales calls and convert them into scheduled cleaning services, constantly striving to meet weekly sales targets. • Build and maintain sales funnels to maximize conversion rates. • Oversee initial cleanings to ensure smooth operations. • Follow up with clients post-cleaning to convert one-time clients into repeat customers, resolving any issues with top-notch customer service. • Ensure client satisfaction through phone, text, and email communication. • Conduct digital marketing projects to boost lead volume, online bookings, and conversion rates. • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports and statistics. • Must be a great scheduler.
