Manager, Cybersecurity, Risk, and Regulatory - ServiceNow (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, Milwaukee, WI. Help clients design, implement, and customize ServiceNow software solutions in compliance with organizational and regulatory policies. Assess clients’ ServiceNow frameworks and methodologies to advise on asset management, performance analytics, service... catalog and service portal. Support clients with upgrading, migrating, and integrating with third-party applications for IT service management. Apply knowledge of industry trends that align with a client’s needs and streamline processes. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks. Supervise and coach teams. 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience. Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following: • Develop software solutions on ServiceNow platform to address clients need and assisting with the implementation of the solutions; • Identifying and defining resource requirements, project workflow, and budgets to create roadmap for technology solutions; • Integrating, configuring, and customizing solutions from the ServiceNow application suite; and, • Gathering requirements and translating them into technical specifications related to ServiceNow solutions. 80% telecommuting permitted.
