Live Chat / Tele Chat Support

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Live Chat / Tele Chat Support. This is a remote or office-based position that requires excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Live Chat / Tele Chat Support, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns through... live chat and phone calls. You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with prompt and accurate responses to their questions and concerns. Key Responsibilities: - Handle incoming live chat and phone inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner. - Provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries and concerns. - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to our products or services. - Process orders and payments over the phone. - Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily. - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or call center environment. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. - Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Flexible schedule, including the ability to work weekends and evenings.
