Responsibilities • Serve as a process designer for our hire to retire portfolio of activities and projects. • Design process and program improvements to address business needs and improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Design and plan the roll-out of service changes. • Develop subject matter expertise on the global operations within a variety of service areas, to facilitate meaningful and effective partner discussions. • Work closely with regional delivery teams to develop and maintain resource documentation, including process mapping, training materials and knowledge management with a consideration for global needs. • Advise partners on risks, dependencies, timing, or technology considerations supporting a multi-year service roadmap.
