Key Responsibilities: • Evaluate and underwrite construction and bridge loan applications. • Review loan documentation, including credit reports, financial statements, and property appraisals. • Assess risk factors and determine loan eligibility and terms. • Collaborate with clients, brokers, and internal teams to gather necessary information and address any issues. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Prepare detailed underwriting reports and recommendations. • Monitor and manage active loans, including disbursements and compliance with loan terms. • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in underwriting construction and bridge loans. • Strong knowledge of underwriting guidelines, risk assessment, and loan documentation. • Must have experience working within the role within the past 11 months. • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in underwriting software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Apply Job!
