Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities: 1. Greet and assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage inquiries. 2. Provide accurate and timely information regarding flights, schedules, and policies. 3. Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner. 4. Assist passengers with special needs, including those with disabilities or unaccompanied minors. 5. Ensure compliance with all airline and security regulations. 6. Coordinate with other Delta Airlines staff to ensure smooth operations. 7. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
