Hotel Experience Coordinator - Part Time

As a Hotel Experience Coordinator, you will create magic by providing a personalized and seamless experience for the Guests of the Disneyland® Resort hotels! The Hotel Experience Team assists Guests with inquiries about future stays and return stay bookings; selling, building, and setting up in-room celebrations; registering, setting up, hosting, and striking Resort Guest Activities; and... assisting Resort Hotel Guests with in-house requests. Responsibilities : • Manage a large number of requests from Guests and Cast Members via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions • Answer incoming calls from Guests to resolve requests or concerns, book or change an itinerary/reservation, and sell in-room celebrations and activities • Actively promote and provide detailed descriptions of hotel experiences, amenities, benefits, and hours of operation • Lead and engage Guests in a variety of activities and experiences including exciting seasonal and holiday events and activities • Work in a fast-paced environment and independently keeping up to date with changing product knowledge and policy and procedure changes • Handle difficult situations independently, while expertly applying service recovery methods and following the Disney Standards of Guest Service Basic Qualifications : • Possess a positive, outgoing, and friendly personality while providing excellent Guest service • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Ability to partner with other operating departments • Strong technical skills and the ability to work with multiple computer-based systems at once • Proven ability to handle obstacles positively and professionally, and to effectively communicate these problems, along with suggested solutions to the Manager • Be active in the role of safety and security. Be cognizant of all emergency-reporting procedures • Ability to remain calm and courteous in demanding and difficult Guest situations Preferred Qualifications: • Proficiency in Opera hotel property management system, HotSOS, Al la Carte, and Guest Service Suite Additional Information : SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY Our Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am.
