Remote Data Entry Specialist at Base 2

Seahawk Services in Lemoore, CA is looking for one remote data entry specialist to join our team. We are located on 978 Half And Half Drive. Responsibilities • Input and maintain accurate data related to vessel performance, fuel consumption, and other relevant metrics into database systems. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular quality checks and validation procedures. • Review and verify data for inconsistencies or errors and make corrections as needed. • Work closely with other team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry and reporting. • Assist in the development and implementation of data entry processes and procedures. • Maintain confidentiality and security of all data in accordance with company policies and procedures. • Provide support to other team members and departments as needed. Qualifications • Proven experience in data entry or similar role. • Excellent typing speed and accuracy. • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
