Skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Logical problem-solving abilities • Comfort with desktop computer systems • Organizational and prioritization skills • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute • Familiarity with Windows operating systems • Availability to work various shifts Responsibilities • Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives. • Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns. • Provide support for any requested policy changes. • Offer recommendations to policyholders and adjust as necessary.
