Virtual assistant needed for content creation, blog writing, and simple video editing

Hello, Thanks for taking the time to read this job posting. Please read it all the way through for consideration... (I'll make sure to keep it concise so you don't waste your time) I've been working on Upwork since summer of 2023 as a VA / Digital Marketing specialist. I've gotten to a point where I can no longer handle certain aspects of my client work due to overflow and I'm looking for someone who can fill in the gaps of the work I can't get too. This position has the opportunity to grow in pay rate, and in hours because your support will enable me to take on bigger projects, and more clients. Right now I have up to 40 hours of monthly work I can hand off to the right person. FYI, I don't work with large corporations or with high-stress clients, all of my clients are solopreneurs, so there shouldn't be any high pressure deadlines, or anxiety from this position ?? IDEAL CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will be positive to work with, professional, adaptable, communicative, and eager to solve problems and contribute...and also has experience with canva and graphic design. SKILLSET NEEDED FOR THE WORK Experience with Linkedin- You don't need to be a pro with the platform but ideally you've used sales navigator before, scheduled posts, and have created posts on linkedin. Experience with Descript or another video editing software- One of my clients needs a 30-min edited on a weekly basis, uploaded to youtube, posted in wordpress, and an IG carousel made from it, and a youtube short sourced from it. I will also need carousel posts made through canva, I will need other social posts created through the use of ChatGPT or a similar tool. I will need blog articles written.
