Position Overview As a Client Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for various data entry tasks and ensuring the accuracy of client profiles. The position entails working in the office three days a week, with the option of remote work on the remaining days. Key Responsibilities • Manage the creation and updating of client accounts • Verify and maintain accurate client profile information • Process online bidder approvals • Conduct data entry for clients, generate reports, and manage shipping instructions • Update mailing list entries and process bidder cards • Verify sales tax details • Track and respond to client surveys • Assist with additional administrative tasks as necessary Required Skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel • Strong multitasking abilities and a keen eye for detail • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn • Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish are advantageous Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • A minimum of 2 years of data entry experience
