Responsibilities • Manage incoming guest inquiries via live chat and provide prompt, accurate responses. • Assist guests with reservations, property inquiries, and other service-related questions. • Resolve client complaints or issues by following up and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Maintain a detailed knowledge of our properties, services, and promotions to provide informed assistance. • Document interactions and follow up on unresolved inquiries to enhance customer experience. • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and identify trends in guest feedback. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or guest relations, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset. • Familiarity with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing time effectively. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. • High school diploma; a degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus Apply Job!
