The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following: • Performing a variety of industrial maintenance on a 12-hour rotating shift from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm • Diagnosing production machines and equipment problems • Determining root causes • Performing necessary repairs on production machines and equipment • Rebuilding and installing production machines and equipment • Taking direction from the Maintenance Supervisor • Performing facilities repairs • Supporting preventive maintenance systems • Supporting lean • Working with a variety hydraulic, machining, electrical, controls, welding and pneumatic systems • Keeping safety a top priority The background of the successful candidate will include the following: • Possess the ability to work on a 12-hour rotating shift from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm • Eight or more years of industrial maintenance experience • Eight or more years of diagnosing production machine problems and performing necessary repairs • Possess the ability to work with minimal direction • Possess the ability to work individually or as part of a team • Forklift certification • A solid work history • A US citizen or possess a green card • A residence within 45 minutes Expected salary: Location: Rochester, NY - Wisconsin Apply for the job now!
