Position: Business Systems Analyst (IT Asset Data Analyst) - Remote Overview... We are seeking an accomplished Business Systems Analyst (IT Asset Data Analyst) who is enthusiastic about leveraging data analysis to drive impactful results in the engineering sector. This is a contract opportunity offering the potential for full-time employment, allowing you to contribute to significant projects with a forward-thinking client. Key Responsibilities Analyze and interpret intricate data sets to derive actionable insights. Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize IT asset management processes. Employ tools such as MS Power BI and ServiceNow for effective data management. Required Skills Robust expertise in data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Power BI. Familiar with ServiceNow (including HAM Pro and SAM Pro and CMDB), Splunk (preferred), and PowerBI (preferred). Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of the System/Software Development Lifecycle and Project Management Methodologies. Understanding of Finance and Procurement processes (accounts payable, depreciation, net book value, fixed assets). Proactive mindset towards process enhancement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in data analysis. At least 5 years of experience in data analysis or a relevant area.

Compensation
And Benefits Competitive salary, commensurate with market standards. Contract duration of 6+ months with the likelihood of transition to full-time employment. Remote work options available. Additional Information Relocation expenses are not covered. Travel is not required for this role. Local candidates are preferred.
