Compensation and Benefits

This is a 1099 contractor position with the option to enroll in self-paid healthcare coverage. Please note, there are no Skin Clique paid healthcare benefits provided. Skills • Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) • Proficient fine motor skills for performing procedural treatments • Strong communication skills for effective patient consultations • Ability to work independently and collaborate with other providers • Friendly and energetic attitude, contributing to a positive work environment Responsibilities • Deliver aesthetic treatments directly to patients, adhering to safety protocols • Promote Skin Clique’s services and products to drive patient acquisition and retention • Conduct thorough treatment and skincare consultations • Administer treatments such as neurotoxin injections, chemical peels, and dermaplaning • Educate patients on our services and provide detailed aftercare instructions • Monitor follow-up care to ensure patient satisfaction • Maintain detailed records of all treatments in our electronic medical record system • Attend and participate in training sessions and virtual staff meetings regularly Qualifications • Master’s Degree from an accredited NP or PA program • Current BLS or ACLS certification • Auto-Insurance Coverage • Commitment to complete Skin Clique training and demonstrate safe, effective treatment administration • Preferred experience in patient acquisition Education Requirements • Master’s Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies from an accredited program Education Requirements Credential Category • Master’s Degree Experience Requirements • Availability to dedicate 10+ hours per week to growing your Skin Clique practice • Experience in delivering concierge aesthetics procedures is preferred Why work in Arizona, AZ Arizona offers a diverse and vibrant culture with beautiful landscapes and a warm climate.
