We are currently seeking a dedicated School Social Worker to join our remote team in Michigan with a great track record and experience. Position Overview: As a School Social Worker, you will be instrumental in addressing the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students. This fully remote position offers you the flexibility to work from home while making a positive impact in the lives of students and their families. Key Responsibilities: • Provide counseling and support to students facing various challenges. • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create a supportive environment. • Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to individual student needs. • Conduct assessments and monitor student progress. • Advocate for students and help connect families with community resources. Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Social Work or related field (LMSW preferred). • Previous experience in a school setting or with children and adolescents. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Knowledge of school policies and community resources.
