Job Type: Full-Time Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in the digital marketing industry to drive sales growth and build lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of sales experience, specifically within a digital marketing agency environment. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with clients, and working closely with our team to deliver comprehensive digital marketing solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the digital marketing industry, including lead generation, prospecting, and nurturing potential clients. • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives to deliver customized marketing solutions. • Sales Strategy & Execution: Work collaboratively with leadership to... develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with agency goals, including setting sales targets, monitoring KPIs, and reporting on sales performance. • Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their marketing goals and challenges, and proposing digital solutions that will deliver measurable results. • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with digital marketing, account management, and creative teams to ensure seamless delivery of services that meet client expectations. • Market Analysis: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. • Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare regular sales reports, provide insights into sales trends, and forecast future performance to inform agency strategies. Qualifications: • Experience: 4-5 years of proven sales experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment. • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics. • Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage long-term client relationships. • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. • Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills to evaluate client needs, assess competition, and adapt strategies accordingly. • Goal-Oriented: Driven to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles. • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), MS Office Suite, and other sales/marketing tools. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Knowledge of Google Analytics, social media management tools, and other digital marketing platforms. • Strong network and connections within the digital marketing industry.
