Website to scrape data from airbnb, integrate openAI text and create PDF with affiliate links
Airbnb hosts and/or property owners can generate a welcome letter PDF for guests with recommended things to do in the area (with suggestions from openAI) and it will include affiliate links with suggested trips and tours from 2 partners in their area. Once a trip or tour is booked, we get an affiliate commission and will give a percentage to the host. --User flow... First user needs to register through facebook, google or just with email and password. Then user submits his airbnb URL or goes for the manual setup option. After we scrape the airbnb property page, we save the: Property name, host name, first property photo and location. On the second page he confirms all info, and option to edit if needed then clicks on GENERATE WELCOME letter. Then show on the next page the pregenerated welcome text + text from openAI + top 10 recommended trips from Getyourguide and Viator with the affiliate links. Then click on 'GENERATE WELCOME PDF' it will generate a PDF (we will provide the template) , it sends the PDF to their email, it saves it in our DB, user is able to edit/duplicate/download/delete the unique welcome letter in their profile. User can generate also a PDF with Recommended trips and tours in their area. It includes the affiliate links from Getyourguide and Viator. And generates a QR code next to the trip. So it can be printed and the tourist can scan the QR, book the trip and the host gets paid their commission. General features:- In the welcome letter PDF and Recommended trips PDF are affiliate links, the links contain a SubID with our own generated clickid, when a sale is completed by our partner we receive a postback that includes the SubID and commission. This way we can assign the commission to the right host.- We also need a master affiliate program, so people can promote our service and get a commission that is generated by the hosts.- tracking links need to be on a separate domain Host features: Add/edit/duplicate/delete welcome and suggested trip lettersCheck statistics, clicks, leads (pending) and leads (confirmed) sorted on date.Request payout when balance is higher then 50 usd and submit additional wire/paypal info.
